Sales Represetative at Bold & Timeless (BT)

Job Description

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service
• Promote BT products and convert interest into sales
• Assist customers in choosing outfits, sizes, and styling options
• Handle online inquiries (Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok) and close sales
• Process orders, issue receipts, and maintain accurate sales records
• Follow up on leads and build customer relationships
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-presented
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and ideas
• Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
• Smart, confident, and well-presented
• Experience in sales, customer service, or fashion retail is an advantage
• Ability to engage customers online and offline
• Must be active on social media and understand basic digital selling
• Must live in Asaba or be willing to relocate
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
