    QA/QC Officer

    Job Description

    • The QA/QC Officer will be responsible for safeguarding the quality, compliance, and safety of training outputs within the Planning, Research, and Development (PRD) Department.
    • The role involves enforcing QA/QC processes, ensuring accreditation is maintained, and embedding HSE standards and requirements across all aspects of training delivery and facilities management.
    • The job holder will also contribute as an instructor in QA/QC and HSE-related courses.

    Responsibilities

    • Implement and monitor QA/QC processes for course materials and assessments, as well as organizational processes.
    • Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and maintain readiness for audit.
    • Maintain accreditation documentation and guidelines
    • Integrate HSE standards into training programs, facilities, and general operations.
    • Detect, report, and close out non-compliances across the Institute
    • Serve as an instructor in QA/QC and HSE courses, ensuring learner satisfaction
    • Support the administration of assessment and certification processes
    • Conduct post-training evaluations and support continuous improvement initiatives
    • Collaborate with Operations, Training, PRD, and HR/Admin teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met across the organization.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree/HND in Engineering
    • Maximum of 2-5 years’ experience in QA/QC roles
    • ISO 9001:2015 certification is desirable
    • NEBOSH IGC or equivalent is an advantage
    • Knowledge of ISO 45001
    • Strong understanding of accreditation processes, QA/QC principles, and HSE practices.

    Driver

    Job Description

    • The candidate is able to ensure smooth office functionality by providing reliable logistical support. He will be involved in transporting employees, trainees, and training materials.
    • The ideal candidate should be able to drive for extended periods of time and be willing to travel at short notice.

    Responsibilities

    • Safely transport staff and trainees to designated locations and other training centers
    • Ensure that the Institute’s vehicles are always clean, fuelled, and in good working condition.
    • Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (oil, water, tire pressure), and report any issues.
    • Maintain accurate and timely logs of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption
    • Assist with light office errands and deliveries

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • GCE or SSCE
    • Valid Driver’s License
    • 2-3 years driving experience
    • Excellent knowledge of PH traffic and road networks.
    • Basic mechanical skills preferred
    • Proven experience as a driver, Professional/Chauffeur experience is a plus.

    Front Desk Officer

    Job Description

    • The Front Desk Officer is the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth office functionality and creating excellent first impressions for our clients and colleagues.
    • The candidate will also coordinate logistics for training programs in our various centers and provide general administrative support as needed.

    Responsibilities

    • Serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and trainees, exhibiting a professional and welcoming impression.
    • Manage front desk operations, including reception, registration, and mail distribution.
    • Coordinate the distribution of training materials and the arrangement of classrooms
    • Support the social media Officer in managing our various social media handles.
    • Provide basic administrative support to other departments as needed.

    Planning, Research & Development (PRD) Officer

    Job Description

    • The candidate is expected to support the PRD Manager in developing curriculum and course materials, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
    • It also involves improving training programs, coordinating accreditation documents, and strengthening instructional capacity to meet the Institute’s growing demands.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day curriculum and course development
    • Coordinate the production of course manuals, delivery slides, and instructor guides
    • Supervise the design and validation of formative and summative assessments
    • Track project timelines, escalate delays, and reduce missed deadlines
    • Support accreditation preparation and submissions.
    • Deliver assigned instructional sessions
    • Drive improvement initiatives across the PRD Department.
    • Research emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in training delivery and instructional design, and recommend their adoption where appropriate.
    • Perform other duties and initiatives that support and enhance the overall operations and strategic objectives of the PRD Department as assigned by the Manager or CTO

    Training Administrator

    Job Description

    • The Training Administrator will support the Training Manager in overseeing the planning, coordination, and administration of training programs to ensure effective delivery and organizational impact.
    • The role ensures that training schedules, resources, and operations are efficiently managed to support both trainees and participants.
