    Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a motivated and capable Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with at least 5 years of HR experience to support key business units in achieving their people and performance objectives.
    • The HRBPs will serve as a trusted advisors to line managers, providing expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
    • This role requires strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and an understanding of business operations.

    Key Responsibilities
    Business Partnership:

    • Build strong working relationships with department heads and line managers.
    • Understand business goals and challenges; provide HR support aligned with operational needs.
    • Support the implementation of HR strategies, programs, and initiatives.

    Employee Relations:

    • Act as the first point of contact for employee issues, concerns, and grievances.
    • Advise managers on employee relations, performance issues, and disciplinary procedures.
    • Foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.

    Talent Management & Development:

    • Handle recruitment and onboarding
    • Participate in onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth assimilation of new hires.
    • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives in line with skill gaps and growth plans.

    Performance Management:

    • Assist in the implementation of performance management systems, including goal-setting, reviews, and feedback processes.
    • Support managers in handling underperformance and improvement plans.

    HR Operations & Compliance:

    • Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to at all levels.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Assist with HR reporting and dashboards related to absenteeism, turnover, headcount, etc.

    Culture & Engagement:

    • Support employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
    • Promote team-building, recognition, and wellness programs.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, in an HRBP or Generalist role.
    • Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, services, or fast-paced industry preferred.

    Key Competencies:

    • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
    • Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
    • Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems

    Factory HR / Admin Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic professional to take on the role of Factory HR/Admin & Operations Manager.
    • This role combines strategic human resource and administrative leadership with hands-on oversight of factory operations, ensuring optimal efficiency, workforce management, compliance, and productivity across all departments.
    • The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of manufacturing environments and a proven ability to manage large teams, drive operational excellence, and align people strategy with business goals.

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategic HR Leadership:

    • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with overall business and operational goals.
    • Oversee recruitment, retention, training, performance management, and succession planning.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employee welfare, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
    • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to drive performance and productivity.
    • Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters effectively.

    Factory Operations Oversight:

    • Supervise day-to-day factory operations including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
    • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure efficient workflow and output.
    • Monitor operational KPIs (cost, quality, delivery, safety, and morale) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Drive lean manufacturing and 5S principles throughout the factory floor.
    • Ensure timely availability of manpower, materials, and machinery to meet production targets.

    Administrative Management:

    • Oversee factory administration including facility management, transport, security, and general services.
    • Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and reporting practices across the factory.
    • Liaise with local authorities, vendors, contractors, and statutory bodies for compliance and approvals.

    Health, Safety & Compliance:

    • Champion a culture of health and safety within the factory environment.
    • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Conduct audits, inspections, and safety drills to mitigate risk and ensure a safe workplace.

    Budgeting & Cost Control:

    • Manage HR and admin budgets and contribute to overall factory cost control.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities in operations, labor utilization, and administrative functions.

    Leadership & Team Development:

    • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team comprising HR, Admin, Production, Maintenance, and Support Staff.
    • Foster a high-performance culture through leadership, coaching, and clear accountability.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or Engineering.
    • MBA or Postgraduate in HR or Operations Management is preferred.
    • 15 - 20 years of progressive experience in HR, administration, and factory operations.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Deep understanding of factory operations, labor management, and compliance requirements.
    • Ability to handle crises, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Familiarity with manufacturing systems (ERP, HRMS), lean tools, and quality standards (ISO, OHSAS).
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

    Preferred Industry Background:

    • FMCG, Construction Chemical,Manufacturing.
