Marketer at Luztow Resources Ltd

Position Overview:

We are seeking  results-oriented Marketers to drive awareness and customer acquisition through conventional (offline) marketing channels. The ideal candidate will develop and implement field-based campaigns that effectively promote our services, deepen market penetration, and strengthen brand presence in target communities and business sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute traditional marketing strategies (events, direct sales, flyers, billboards, community engagement, roadside promotions) tailored to company objectives.
• Identify and engage prospective clients in target markets, including SMEs, e-commerce vendors, and individual consumers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, distributors, market associations, and local stakeholders.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, networking events, exhibitions, and community outreach programs.
• Collect market insights and competitor intelligence to inform actionable marketing plans.
• Drive customer onboarding through face-to-face interactions and structured field outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, customer service) to ensure consistency in messaging and service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in traditional marketing or field sales, preferably within logistics, FMCG, delivery services, or related sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to influence and build rapport.
• Excellent negotiation, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced field environments.
