    Product Trainer

    Job Description

    • In order to cooperate with the company's photovoltaic, energy storage and inverter products nationwide sales and after-sales services promotion, we are now recruiting several product trainers from the society.
    • This position is mainly responsible for product knowledge training, empowering dealers and sales teams, and technical presentations to end users, ensuring that all channel members are familiar with product features and installation and maintenance standards.

    Responsibilities
    Product knowledge training:

    • Responsible for technical explanations and practical demonstrations of the company's photovoltaic inverters, energy storage batteries, portable power supplies, EV charging piles and other products.
    • Develop English training courseware, technical manuals, and video scripts.
    • Organize online and offline training courses (including sales team, dealers, installation engineers).

    Curriculum development and management:

    • Design training systems at different levels (primary/intermediate/advanced/certification training).
    • Continuously optimize training content and update teaching materials based on market feedback.

    Marketing and Customer Support:

    • Assist the sales department in product promotion and solution Q & A.
    • Participate in key project technical support, customer education, and after-sales knowledge transmission.

    Team collaboration and feedback:

    • Collect feedback on training effectiveness and form an improvement report.
    • Participate in dogfooding and knowledge promotion before new product release.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or above, with a background in science and engineering (majors such as electrical engineering, electronics, automation, new energy, etc. are preferred).
    • Photovoltaic systems, energy storage, inverters, home appliances or consumer electronics industry with more than 2 years of training or pre-sales support experience ;
    • Strong speech expression and communication skills , good at on-site demonstration and explanation;
    • Able to proficiently write training materials (PPT, video scripts, product manuals, etc.).
    • Familiarity with inverter wiring and photovoltaic energy storage system architecture is preferred.

    Salary
    N250,000 - N400,000 Monthly.

    TikTok Live Host (Product Promotion & Brand Marketing)

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct live streaming on TikTok to showcase and explain company products (solar systems, energy storage units, portable power stations, etc.).
    • Engage with audiences to increase viewership and sales conversion.
    • Create and publish product-related short videos according to company content plans.
    • Participate in brand promotion campaigns and creative content shoots.
    • Analyze live-streaming data regularly and provide optimization feedback.

    Salary
    N150,000 - N300,000 per month.

    Regional Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales Planning & Target Achievement:

    • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Focus on sales of solar panels, inverters, lithium batteries, and energy storage systems,driving continuous market share growth.
    • Track and analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and adjust strategies to improve performance.

    Channel Development & Customer Acquisition:

    • Quickly establish and maintain a strong dealer, distributor, EPC, and wholesale network in the assigned region.
    • Identify and develop key accounts and project-based clients to ensure long-term business relationships.
    • Guide and support partners with marketing campaigns and product training to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.

    Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:

    • Collect competitor information, pricing strategies, and market demand insights for decision-making.
    • Submit market research reports and provide recommendations for product and pricing optimization.

    Team Management & Training:

    • Recruit, manage, and develop the regional sales team to improve execution and performance.
    • Organize regular training on sales skills, product knowledge, and buiness negotiation to build a high-performance team.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
    • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in solar, inverters, lithium battery or home appliance / mobile phone industry regional sales.
    • Candidates with experience in Sunking, Felicity Solar, Bebejump, Deye, ColaSolar will be given priority.
    • Strong existing sales channel resources, able to deliver quick results.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Proven expertise in regional market development, channel building, and customer relationship management.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and execution skills with a strong results- driven mindset.
    • Good market sensitivity and data analysis capabilities, able to create effective sales strategies.

    Language:

    • Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Salary: N400,000 - N500,000 / month.
