Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, drives, and sensors.
• Work on automation and control systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA).
• Ensure electrical installations comply with NEPA/NERC standards and safety codes.
• Support installation and commissioning of new production lines.
• Carry out regular electrical safety audits and earthing checks.
• Collaborate with mechanical teams on integrated system problems.

• Control systems and PLC programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, and maintain production machinery (mixers, homogenizers, fillers, cappers).
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Optimize material flow and machine throughput.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to troubleshoot mechanical faults.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance logs.
• Support equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new machines.
• Ensure workplace safety compliance (machine guards, lock-out/tag-out procedures).

Skills / Knowledge

• Mechanical systems (gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics).
• CAD and machine design fundamentals.
• Maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain industrial piping systems for water, steam, and chemical feeds.
• Ensure proper layout of drainage and waste lines to production and effluent systems.
• Work on sanitary connections for CIP (Clean-in-Place) lines on tanks and vessels.
• Diagnose and fix leaks, pressure problems, and valve failures.
• Support installation of compressed air systems, vacuum lines (if applicable).
• Maintain hydrant and fire suppression plumbing support systems.

Skills / Knowledge:

• Knowledge of metallic/plastic piping (PVC, stainless, galvanised).
• Industrial valving and fittings.
• Compliance with hygiene standards (especially for cosmetic blends).

• Perform fabrication and weld repairs on stainless steel tanks, frames, support structures.
• Weld piping supports, brackets, and conveyor components.
• Ensure quality welding joints per requirement (TIG, MIG, stick welding as needed).
• Assist in building custom shop fixtures and tools.
• Work with engineers to fabricate prototypes or modifications for production equipment.
• Maintain welding equipment and safe work practice.

Skills / Knowledge:

• Proficiency in stainless steel welding (commonly used in cosmetic equipment).
• Ability to read fabrication drawings.
• Knowledge of welding safety and inspection procedures.
