Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, and maintain production machinery (mixers, homogenizers, fillers, cappers).
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Optimize material flow and machine throughput.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to troubleshoot mechanical faults.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance logs.
• Support equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new machines.
• Ensure workplace safety compliance (machine guards, lock-out/tag-out procedures).

Skills / Knowledge

• Mechanical systems (gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics).
• CAD and machine design fundamentals.
• Maintenance management systems (CMMS).
