    Crane Operator

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Support in lifting heavy Materials
    • Heavy material transfer
    • Operate crane under general supervision.
    • Manipulate or depress crane controls to regulate speed and direction of crane and hoist movement according to written, verbal, or signal instructions.
    • Repair crane as needed.
    • Inspect crane for safety issues on a daily basis.
    • Determine if any parts are malfunctioning.
    • Complete job tickets, service quality summaries, and all other necessary paperwork.
    • Lift, position and place machinery, equipment or other large objects at construction sites and industrial facilities.
    • Drive trucks to worksites and unload trucks.
    • Place blocks and outriggers to prevent capsizing when lifting heavy loads.
    • Move levers and pedals to rotate crane on chassis to raise and lower crane boom and to raise and lower load-line.
    • Bolt boom sections together to extend or modify boom for pile driving or high lifting.
    • Work within precise limits and standards of accuracy.
    • Operate crane according to signals from helper.
    • Start and stop crane engine.
    • Follow directions carefully.

    Qualification

    • A minimum of Trade test certificate in Crane operation, IADC Drilling industry training (DIT)

    Personal Assistant to the GMD

    We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Group Managing Director (GMD) of a leading Oil & Gas company. The successful candidate will manage schedules, coordinate executive communications, and ensure the smooth functioning of the GMD’s office while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities

    Executive & Administrative Support

    • Manage and maintain the GMD’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
    • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, documentation, and minutes.
    • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
    • Draft, review, and prepare reports, presentations, memos, and executive communications.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
    • Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting C-suite executives, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
    • Experience supporting senior executives in a corporate or multinational environment.
    • Strong understanding of corporate governance and executive office protocols.

    Senior Engineer

    We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Engineer to provide technical leadership in subsurface evaluation, reservoir management, and field development planning. The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in subsurface engineering disciplines and have demonstrable experience working with Oilfield Services companies and within IOC or Indigenous oil company environments.

    This role is strictly subsurface-focused and requires strong technical depth in reservoir engineering, formation evaluation, and subsurface modeling.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead reservoir engineering and subsurface evaluation studies.
    • Conduct reservoir characterization, static and dynamic modeling, and simulation studies.
    • Perform material balance analysis, decline curve analysis, and reservoir performance forecasting.
    • Support field development planning and reserves estimation.
    • Interpret and integrate well logs, core data, seismic data, pressure transient analysis (PTA), and production data.
    • Work closely with geoscientists to develop integrated subsurface models.
    • Interface with Oilfield Services companies on:
      • Formation evaluation
      • Well testing
      • Completions optimization
      • Production logging and stimulation programs
    • Provide technical assurance and peer review for subsurface deliverables.
    • Support subsurface input into FDPs (Field Development Plans) and asset development strategies.
    • Mentor junior subsurface engineers and provide technical guidance.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geoscience, or related discipline.
    • Minimum 10–15 years of progressive subsurface experience.
    • Strong background in reservoir engineering and subsurface modeling.
    • Proven experience working within:
      • International Oil Companies (IOC) or Indigenous Oil Companies.
      • Oilfield Services companies.
    • Hands-on experience with reservoir simulation and subsurface software tools.
    • Experience in reserves estimation and reporting.

    Drilling Engineer Specialist

    • Provide the engineering planning, design, surveillance, and follow-up required for the safe and efficient drilling and completing of drilling programs.
    • Ensure well objectives are met while assuring the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety, and environmental protection are applied.
    • Responsible for the engineering planning, design, surveillance, and follow-up required for the safe and efficient drilling and completing of drilling programs; responsibilities include:
      • Research and understand drill well hazards by reviewing historical offset well information
      • Utilize wellbore geologic and reservoir objectives to develop a well plan
      • Prepare cost estimates for well design options
      • Identify and organize equipment required to execute the drill well plan inclusive of material selection
      • Design wells to meet regulatory requirements

    SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • B.S. degree in engineering or related technical field
    • Minimum of 7 years experience as a Drilling engineer and in drilling operations
    • Able to effectively organize and Manage projects.
    • Experience with well design software as well as Microsoft applications
    • Read, write and speak fluent English

    Group Head – Procurement

    Job Summary

    The Group Head – Procurement is responsible for overseeing and managing all procurement activities across the organization, ensuring compliance with Company rules, oil & gas industry regulations (JOA, PSC/PSA), and delivering efficient, cost-effective purchasing. The role involves leading procurement teams, driving strategic savings, and ensuring proper execution of procurement processes from requisition to payment across all business units.

    Compliance & Governance

    • Ensure compliance of the purchasing process with all internal Company rules (including Code of Conduct) and all applicable laws and regulations (JOA, PSC/PSA, and local laws).
    • Ensure the application of Company General Terms and Conditions for the purchase of equipment and services, preventing exposure to legal liabilities.
    • Ensure proper administration, documentation, and filing of all procurement documents (approvals, justifications, circulation forms, etc.) in line with Company procedures.
    • Ensure all procurement activities meet audit requirements to minimize partner claims, audit queries, or legal actions.

    Strategic Procurement & Leadership

    • Implement Company procurement strategies and directives across all teams and ensure full compliance.
    • Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to procurement teams across multiple units/locations.
    • Drive strategic procurement initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and value delivery.
    • Drive and ensure measurable savings across all procurement activities within the Group.

    Procurement Operations Management

    • Oversee all procurement activities, including Purchase Requisition (PR) assignment, sourcing, and execution.
    • Review and analyze all PRs to ensure adequate material specifications, budget approvals, and correct cost center allocation.
    • Oversee the creation, review, and validation of Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring compliance with Company procedures before final approval.
    • Ensure proper follow-up of all Purchase Orders from issuance through expediting, delivery, and final payment.

    Vendor & Contract Management

    • Lead and drive complex and high-value negotiations with vendors and contractors, including commercial terms, pricing, contract awards, performance, and amendments.
    • Oversee vendor selection processes, including RFQs, e-RFQs, and tenders, ensuring transparency and competitiveness.
    • Ensure all contractual documents and official correspondence are validated at the appropriate level before issuance.
    • Develop, implement, and manage frame/outline agreements to improve procurement efficiency and cost savings.
    • Monitor supplier performance and lead vendor performance evaluation processes.

    Stakeholder & Interface Management

    • Maintain close coordination with user departments and ensure timely resolution of procurement-related issues.
    • Collaborate with Finance (P2P) to resolve vendor payment issues and anomalies.
    • Ensure alignment and synergy with Contracts & Procurement Management and overall business objectives.

    Risk Management & Quality Assurance

    • Ensure QA/QC requirements (e.g., Mill Certificates, Test Certificates, MSDS, and other compliance documents) are clearly stated in Purchase Orders and properly verified.
    • Mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, supplier performance, and contract execution.

    Systems, Reporting & Process Optimization

    • Ensure proper input and management of procurement data in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
    • Enforce the use of e-sourcing tools across procurement teams.
    • Provide regular (weekly/monthly) reports on procurement activities, performance, and savings to Management.

    Additional Responsibilities

    • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

    Job Requirement

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 10–15 years’ experience in procurement, preferably within the Manufacturing Business and Solar Business.
    • At least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
    • Good understanding of Manufacturing Business  and Solar Business regulatory frameworks (JOA, PSC/PSA).
    • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and e-sourcing tools.
    • Professional certification (e.g., CIPS) is an added advantage.
