    Learning and Development Manager

    Role Description

    • The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing effective training and development programs.
    • This role involves managing learning management systems, instructional design, leadership development, and various training initiatives aimed at enhancing the professional growth and development of our employees.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies and programs.
    • Manage and maintain the company's learning management system (LMS).
    • Design and deliver instructional materials and training sessions.
    • Lead leadership development programs to nurture future leaders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
    • MSc in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development or related fields.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing organization.
    • CIPM (Chartered institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria) Certification is required.
    • Expertise in training and development, learning management, and instructional design.
    • Proven experience in leadership development.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
    • In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

    Chief Security Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Chief Security Officer (CSO) will be responsible for the overall security strategy, management, and operations of the organization. The CSO will develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety and security of employees, assets, and information.
    • The ideal candidate will have a background in the military, police, or civilian security.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, policies, and procedures.
    • Oversee and manage all security operations, including physical security, information security, and personnel security.
    • Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify and mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities.
    • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, security consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal security regulations.
    • Manage and lead a team of security personnel, providing training and development as needed.
    • Develop and maintain emergency response and crisis management plans.
    • Monitor and respond to security incidents and provide timely reports to senior management.
    • Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, such as surveillance cameras and access control systems.
    • Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices.

    Qualifications

    • Former military officer, ex-police officer, or civilian with a minimum of 15 year.
    • Proven track record of managing and leading security teams.
    • Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions in high-stress situations.
    • Age below 50 years.
    • Relevant certifications in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP, CISSP) are a plus.

    Working Conditions:

    • Availability for on-call emergencies outside of regular business hours.
