Job Description

• Our client is seeking a Receptionist for their billing department.
• The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk on a daily basis and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.

Requirement

• Candidates should possess an HND qualification.

• We are currently seeking an ISO 27001 certified Junior Consultant to join our team.This is a full-time ISO 27001 Junior Consultant role at 4 Quarters Consultants located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work.
• As an ISO 27001 Junior Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of information security management systems for clients and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
• Day-to-day tasks will include conducting risk assessments, developing policies and procedures, preparing reports, and providing advice on best practices related to information security.

Qualifications

• Minimum HND in a related field
• Experience in ISO 27001 implementation and compliance
• Experience with risk assessment, policy and procedure development, and compliance reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CompTIA Security+, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are required.
