    RM, Wealth management

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for managing clients’ portfolios and relationship management.
    • Conduct in-depth reviews to identify the personal and financial needs of clients and deliver consistent & tailored wealth management/financial planning services to address these needs.
    • Advise on a full range of products and services within the firm with the ability to cross-sell products.
    • Initiate and develop client relationships in identified target markets.
    • Act as a trusted adviser to new and existing customers to increase the AUM while providing outstanding customer support.
    • Maintain existing client relationships to increase wallet size and generate leads to buy investment products.
    • Materialize existing contacts/clients into new business.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory or a similar role.

    Product Marketing Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Become the guardian of product messaging & positioning across every customer touchpoint.
    • Understand market insights and optimize core data analytics to measure customer use of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas/ journey as it relates to our product feature adoption and usage.
    • Collaborate with product management and content marketing teams to develop strategic marketing plans for our products in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.
    • Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-lead research.
    • Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use them.
    • Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they get information and the who-what-when-why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn.
    • Act as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements and written works.
    • Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
    • Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns) and work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies.
    • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 3+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in a market-facing role (e.g., delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research).
    • Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Project, or Basecamp.
    • Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Google Analytics, Marketo, WebTrends, etc.
    • Indepth knowledge of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
    • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working.
    • Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support our revenue goals.
    • Develop and execute the growth plan in conjunction with the marketing team

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create and design various materials for digital and print
    • Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts
    • Ensure projects are completed promptly with a quality product
    • Advise best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
    • Collaborate with fellow designers to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the company

    Head, Risk Management (Zedvance Finance)

    The Risk Manager manages the organization's risk policies and procedures. To offer hands-on risk model building for the market, credit, and operational risk; ensures that controls are working properly. S/he supports research and analysis and applies strong mathematical and analytical skills to a number of business processes.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop & implement relevant risk management processes.
    • Oversee, manage & direct the entire credit management process from credit policy design to credit risk underwriting, collections, and recovery.
    • Update the credit policy guide when the need arises and consider appropriate recommendations to ensure sustainable growth.
    • Document credit risk management policies, procedures, and communicate to staff members.
    • Resolve risk management issues that may arise during the business.

    • Champion risk reporting in an appropriate way for relevant audiences.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • A Bachelors (or Masters) degree in Finance, Risk, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • 6-10 years’ quality experience in a relevant role within Risk Management.
    • Experience in the financial services/banking sector.
    • Consumer finance industry experience would be an added advantage
