Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support our revenue goals.
Develop and execute the growth plan in conjunction with the marketing team
Identify opportunities, threats, and challenges in the market to implement data-driven strategies and world-class campaigns
Own and execute performance marketing & affiliate marketing strategies to drive increased ROI across all communication channels
Identify and develop channel opportunities with technology partners
Create, manage and run AB/MVT experiments with new user acquisition campaigns.
Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
Manage SEO strategies for top-of-mind awareness
Work closely with the Product Marketing team to optimize our website and manage SEO strategies to ensure excellent online rankings.
Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data to drive decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Photoshop, Mailchimp, Hootsuite (or, other Social Media Management Systems)
3+ years’ experience in SEO, and growth marketing.
Proficiency in analytics, experimentation, and user funnel optimization.
A strong understanding and passion for all things digital marketing
A highly creative, data-driven, and analytical min
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
In-depth knowledge of website analytical tools and understanding of coding languages
Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
Ability to manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Research-driven knowledge of marketing possibilities in new technologies and emerging trends.
Creative mind and experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert.
Interest in working with a financial management company required
