    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for managing clients’ portfolios and relationship management.
    • Conduct in-depth reviews to identify the personal and financial needs of clients and deliver consistent & tailored wealth management/financial planning services to address these needs.
    • Advise on a full range of products and services within the firm with the ability to cross-sell products.
    • Initiate and develop client relationships in identified target markets.
    • Act as a trusted adviser to new and existing customers to increase the AUM while providing outstanding customer support.
    • Maintain existing client relationships to increase wallet size and generate leads to buy investment products.
    • Materialize existing contacts/clients into new business.
    • Develop new leads and build a sales pipeline through trusted and approved strategies.
    • Drive customer experience through quality advisory, valuable product/solution offerings, and relationship management.
    • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual AUM targets.
    • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
    • Monitor general developments of competition.
    • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory or a similar role.
    • Strong relationship management skills.
    • Knowledge of finance, economics, and current developments in the industry.
    • Good time management and organizational skills.
    • Must be self-driven and proactive.
    • Strong mathematical skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
    • Impressive presentation skills.
    • Ability to offer improved customer experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
    • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
