Identify and target potential clients, building a robust sales pipeline and nurturing client relationships.
Communicatethevalueofourtechoutsourcing services, including software development and IT support solutions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends within the commercial banking sector.
Developing a robust pipeline, lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure a seamless transition to the delivery team.
Work closely with internal teams to exceed client expectations and drive customer success.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
2+ years of B2B sales experience and client development, with a minimum of 1 year selling into EMEA
A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel and meet with clients as needed.
