    Product Manager

    Job Profile

    As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will be to:

    • Develop and implement product strategy consistent with company vision
    • Collect and analyse feedback from clients, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
    • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams
    • Analyse and document ‘AS-IS’ and ‘TO-BE’ business processes as required
    • Work with stakeholders (internal and external) to elicit, analyse, and document requirements
    • Review test plans and reports to ensure that all business requirements are met throughout the testing process
    • Provide input to the development of end-user training content for use in instructor-led and technology-based training and support to end users after product delivery
    • Produce weekly reports for the management team showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies
    • Manage vendor relations in the delivery of solutions
    • Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
    • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
    • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
    • Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users
    • Work with multiple stakeholders across the business to ensure proper product definition
    • Work closely with the engineers to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as product development schedule
    • Enhance existing products and work to drive market adoption
    • Drive new feature development from start to finish; write specs, work cross-functionally with engineering and design, launch features, analyse results and synthesize learnings
    • Identify product execution risks in advance and propose solutions
    • Define, analyse and track metrics to measure product success and customer satisfaction

    IT Support Engineer

    Job Profile

    As the IT Support Engineer, your responsibilities will be to:

    • Implement activities that support part of VIISAUS’s technology vision and work function.
    • Create purchase requisitions for IT hardware/software and ensuring all software purchased licensing is recorded and maintained
    • Exchange server mailbox maintenance including archiving mailboxes
    • Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements
    • Install authorized software to laptops and desktops while ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date
    • Support the deployment, operation and execution of plans on pre-release, upgrades and current versions of software.
    • Provide comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT technical support to all internal users and escalation to appropriate team members.
    • Collaborate with and provide IT technical advice to internal customers on active projects.
    • Monitoring multiple Cloud Applications and Internal Systems.
    • Responsible for scheduling and running regular replication of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL or other database technology installed on the server as a disaster recovery measure.
    • Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT issues and queries.
    • Ensure the end-to-end customer experience and provides a single point-of-contact for the customer
    • Troubleshoot basic network related issues i.e. DNS and TCP/IP issues
    • Take ownership of user reported problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner.
    • Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
    • Publish support documentation to assist staff with requests for information & provide staff training when required.
    • Add to and maintain Known Error Database (KEDB) to enhance quality of problem resolutions

    Data Scientist

    Job Profile

    As Data Scientist, your responsibilities will be to:

    • Work with clients, managers and technical staff to understand business needs and develop technical plans to deliver results
    • Develop, deploy, and implement predictive models and protocols for mining production data sources
    • Appropriately deliver existing analytic methods and tools; applying theory to practice

    • Possess demonstrable experience of delivering a wide variety of machine learning techniques including classifiers, regression, clustering, decisions trees, neural networks, NLP and ensemble techniques
    • Understand data visualization patterns and have experience with one or more data visualization tools such as Tableau, R Shiny, Seaborn, MicroStrategy, SAP BusinessObjects, QlikView, etc.
    • Have a keen understanding of the business value perspective on predictive analytics
    • Have experience deploying and monitoring predictive models
    • Possess excellent oral, written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
