    Key Responsibilities

    • Employee Records & ComplianceMaintain accurate, confidential, and secure employee records.Ensure full compliance with labour laws and internal policies.Regularly update HR policies in line with Nigeria’s labour legislation.Support HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) adherence, particularly in construction environments.
    • Recruitment & OnboardingDevelop and implement recruitment processes aligned with company values.Lead recruitment campaigns to attract and hire qualified talent.Facilitate seamless onboarding processes that integrate new hires effectively.
    • Employee Engagement & RetentionFoster a positive workplace culture with high levels of staff engagement.Design and implement staff welfare and recognition initiatives.Track and improve employee satisfaction and retention
    • Training & DevelopmentIdentify and implement training programmes that align with team needs.Support individual development plans and career growth pathways.Monitor ROI of training investments.
    • Performance ManagementCoordinate biannual performance appraisal processes.Ensure feedback mechanisms and goal setting are implemented across teams.Support managers in delivering clear, actionable feedback.
    • Payroll CoordinationEnsure accurate and timely payroll collation for finance processing.Maintain data integrity across attendance, leave, and payroll systems
    • Exit & OffboardingManage offboarding processes to ensure compliance and continuity.Conduct exit interviews and capture feedback for continuous improvement.
