    Procurement Officer (Auto Part)

    About the job

    • Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers of autoparts. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of auto-parts.
    • Generate purchase orders based on inventory levels, demand forecasts, and production schedules. Ensure accuracy and completeness of purchase orders, including item descriptions, quantities, pricing, and delivery instructions.
    • Work closely with the inventory management team to maintain optimal levels of autoparts inventory. Monitor inventory levels, track usage patterns, and identify opportunities to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
    • Collaborate with quality assurance team to ensure that all auto-parts meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct periodic quality audits of auto-parts inventory to identify and address any quality issues.


    • A Bachelors Degree or its equivalent
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on autopart purchases.
    • Strong knowledge of autoparts market, suppliers, and industry trends.
    • Proven negotiation skills and ability to secure favorable terms with suppliers.

    Marketing Manager

    Job Summary:

    The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our services, drive customer acquisition, and enhance brand awareness. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities to effectively navigate the dynamic logistics industry. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and executive leadership to achieve company goals.

    Salary Budget - 350,000 - 500,000 Gross. Please note that this position is fully Onsite

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase market share, revenue, and profitability at Speedaf Logistics Nigeria Limited.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
    • Create compelling marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and content creation, to effectively reach target audiences.
    • Manage the company's brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to support business development efforts and client acquisition.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and vendors to support marketing objectives and initiatives.
    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.


    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing roles within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, with a focus on digital marketing techniques.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make strategic recommendations.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
    • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of the logistics industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
