    Electrical Supervisor

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and lead a team of electricians and electrical technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
    • Assign tasks, supervise work, and provide guidance and training to team members as needed
    • Develop and implement schedules and plans for electrical projects, including maintenance, upgrades, and installations
    • Ensure that all electrical work is completed in compliance with safety regulations, codes, and industry standards
    • Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve electrical issues and ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure that all electrical work areas and equipment are safe and in compliance with regulations

    Qualifications/Experience:

    • Degree in Electrical engineering or a related field is preferred.
    • At least 5 years of experience in electrical systems installation, maintenance, and repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
    • Demonstrated knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Willingness to work flexible hours and be available for emergency call-outs
    • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces

    Oil Palm Plantation Maintenance Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise and lead a team of production workers and maintenance technicians in the operation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment and facilities.
    • Assign tasks, supervise work, and provide guidance and training to team members as needed.
    • Develop and implement schedules and plans for production and maintenance projects, including maintenance, upgrades, and installations.
    • Maintain accurate records of all work orders and equipment maintenance.
    • Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve production and maintenance issues and ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
    • Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure adequate resources are available to complete all production and maintenance projects and work orders.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure that all work areas and equipment are safe and in compliance with regulations.

    Qualification/Experience

    • Degree in Mechanical engineering, Industrial technology, or a related field is preferred.
    • At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing production and maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
    • Experience working in an Oil Mill will be an advantage.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of production and maintenance processes, codes, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Excellent Coomunication,mleadership and team management skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
