    Digital Marketing Executive

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote financial content, reports, events, and media products.
    • Optimize content and websites for SEO, ensuring high search engine visibility for financial topics and keywords.
    • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) through strategic content distribution and audience engagement.
    • Collaborate with editorial teams to amplify published articles and reports through digital channels.
    • Plan and manage paid digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Social Media Ads) to drive traffic and lead generation.
    • Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and audience behavior using Google Analytics and other digital tools.
    • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns and newsletters targeting specific audience segments.
    • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Suggest innovative growth strategies, including partnerships, influencer collaborations, and content distribution.
    • Ensure digital brand consistency and adherence to compliance standards within the financial media space.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within media, publishing, or financial services.
    • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, and email marketing strategies.
    • Proficient in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Facebook Insights, etc.).
    • Experience with content management systems (WordPress or similar) and CRM tools.
    • Excellent understanding of digital trends, audience behavior, and financial media dynamics.
    • Strong communication, content creation, and visual storytelling skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or Analytics are an added advantage

    Public Relations & Corporate Communications Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute PR and communication strategies to enhance the company\\\'s reputation within the financial industry.
    • Draft and disseminate press releases, media kits and official statements related to company activities, reports, partnerships and events
    • Build strong relationships with financial journalists, media houses, influencers, and key industry stakeholders.
    • Manage media inquiries, coordinate interviews, and facilitate press engagements.
    • Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and public sentiment about the company.
    • Lead crisis communication efforts and protect the company’s public image during sensitive situations.
    • Collaborate with editorial teams to amplify published content through strategic PR campaigns.

    • Ensure alignment of all communication with the company’s brand voice, corporate values, and regulatory compliance.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years' experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations, preferably in a financial or business media environment.
    • Strong understanding of financial markets, economic issues, and business journalism.
    • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
    • Established network of media contacts within the finance and business sectors.
    • Experience in handling media relations and managing public image in a dynamic environment.
    • Familiarity with digital communication tools, social media management, and analytics.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
    • Crisis communication and reputation management experience is a strong advantage.

    Financial Analyst - Writer

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Lead Macroeconomic and financial market research, focusing on trends, risks, and opportunities across local and global markets. 
    • Produce high-quality reports, forecasts and thought leadership pieces on economic indicators, interest rates, exchange rates, inflation monetary/fiscal policy and capital markets.
    • Oversee a team of analysts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and clarity in all deliverables.
    • Represent the Company in media interviews, webinars and industry panels.
    • Collaborate with the Editorial/media team to shape research driven content.
    • Provide actionable intelligence to investors, clients and the public.
    • Develop and maintain key financial models and databases
    • Monitor and interpret policy decisions, market developments and geopolitical events that may impact the economy and financial markets.
    • Build relationship with key stakeholders in government, private sector and academia.

    Requirements 

    • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Economics or related field.
    • 5-10 years of experience in financial research, economic analysis or capital markets.
    • Strong understanding of macroeconomic theory and its application to the financial markets.
    • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in tools like Excel, Eikon, Power BI or Python /R (a plus)
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skils.
    • Strong leadership and project management capabilities
    • Media or public speaking experience is an added advantage
