    Human Resources Business Partner

    We are seeking an experienced and competent Human Resources Business Partner with a deep understanding of Human Resources best practices to join our dynamic team.

    The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for driving all HR-related activities forward and ensuring their alignment with organisational goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary HR liaison for assigned clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored HR solutions.
    • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with client objectives and industry trends.
    • Lead training and development initiatives to ensure workforce capability.
    • Optimise talent management processes for operational efficiency and consistency
    • Maintain the organisational structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
    • Stay updated on trends in employment legislation and best practices in talent management
    • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Managing Partner.

    Person Specification:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
    • 3-5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager, or related role within Management Consulting
    • Membership in at least one relevant professional body is required
