    Research Assistant

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Research Assistant to help identify and track international opportunities that support our mission. This includes locating fully funded conferences, training programs, fellowships, grants, and other relevant global initiatives in the fields of disability inclusion, special needs education, and nonprofit development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Research and monitor international platforms, networks, and organizations for relevant opportunities including: Fully funded conferences, Training programs and workshops, Fellowships and grants, NGO and nonprofit development initiatives
    • Prioritize opportunities related to children with special needs, inclusive education, and global development.
    • Maintain a clear, organized tracking system of deadlines, eligibility criteria, and application requirements.
    • Provide concise and timely summaries of new opportunities for internal review.
    • Regularly update the team on upcoming deadlines and strategic openings.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent research and organizational skills, with strong attention to details.
    • Effective written communicator; able to clearly summarize and highlight key details.
    • Interest or background in special education, nonprofit work, international development, or disability rights.
    • Familiarity with digital tools like Microsoft office, etc.
    • Reliable, self-directed, and consistent in tracking new developments.

    Screenwriter

    We are looking for a passionate and skilled Screenwriter to help us tell stories that inspire, educate, and advocate for children with special needs. This role involves crafting emotionally compelling scripts for short films, documentaries, or digital content that highlight the experiences, challenges, and triumphs of children with disabilities and the communities that support them.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop original screenplays or adapt real-life stories into scripts for video content.
    • Collaborate with our digital and program teams to shape narratives aligned with our mission.
    • Write scripts that are clear, emotionally engaging, and respectful of the lived experiences of children with special needs.
    • Revise and refine scripts based on team feedback and project needs.
    • Ensure content is culturally sensitive and aligned with our values of inclusion, dignity, and empowerment.

    Requirements:

    • Strong storytelling skills with proven experience in screenwriting (portfolio or samples required).
    • Deep empathy and understanding of themes related to disability, education, and advocacy.
    • Ability to write for visual media—understanding pacing, character voice, and emotional arcs.
    • Familiarity with screenwriting software (e.g., Final Draft, Celtx, or equivalent).

    Program Therapist Supervisor

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of therapists
    • Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of therapy plans tailored to children with special needs.
    • Provide regular clinical supervision, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
    • Ensure that all therapeutic practices align with ethical standards, best practices, and the foundation’s inclusive values.
    • Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and program staff to foster holistic care.
    • Support training initiatives and contribute to building the internal capacity of the therapy team.
    • Maintain documentation and reporting standards for therapy outcomes and compliance.
    • Participating in the assessment and evaluation of children\'s behavior and progress, with a focus on personalized learning and development.

    Requirements:

    • Completion of relevant training programs or certifications related to therapy for children with special needs.
    • Possession of a degree in psychology, Special education, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience working with children, preferably in a special needs or therapy environment, with an understanding of individualized curriculum development.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and their families.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

    Executive Personal Assistant to the Md
