    Cabinet Making Factory Sales Manager

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cabinet Making Factory Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive business growth.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the cabinetmaking or woodworking industry.
    • This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills to guide the sales team in achieving revenue targets and fostering strong customer relationships.

    Responsibilities
    Sales Team Leadership:

    • Lead and manage the cabinet-making factory sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and coaching to achieve sales targets.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

    Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, fostering long-term relationships with key clients.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.

    Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

    • Develop and implement a sales forecasting system to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
    • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges for senior management.

    Product Knowledge:

    • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the cabinetmaking and woodworking industry.
    • Provide the sales team with the necessary product knowledge and training to effectively promote our offerings.

    Collaboration with Other Departments:

    • Work closely with production, design, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Communicate customer feedback and market trends to relevant departments for continuous improvement.

    Budget Management:

    • Collaborate with finance to develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet targets.

    Qualifications
    Education:

    • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred. Relevant industry certifications or training are a plus.

    Experience:

    • Proven experience in sales management in the real estate market, preferably in the cabinet-making or woodworking industry.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

    Leadership Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

    Communication:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.

    Analytical Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make informed decisions based on sales data.

    Industry Knowledge:

    • In-depth knowledge of cabinet making, woodworking, or related industries.

    Assistant Sales Manager - Building Materials (Pipe)

    Key Responsibilities

    • To achieve the organization goal for Pipes sales for the year (sales revenue )
    • Techno-commercial skills to demonstrate while achieving the business and training the sales team
    • Developing a new market for pipes and application-based market development for M.S Strips.
    • Pricing, cost estimation of Pipe and strip products.
    • Professionally executing the orders ( Both pre-sales & Post-sales activities included)
    • Customer service through best practices to retain the market share.
    • Collection reconciliation against order received
    • Various report generation for day, week and month for management

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc or HND in Commerce, Marketing, or any related field.
    • 6-10 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the building materials industry
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business goals
    • Strong understanding of Steel/Pipe/ Building material/ Channel sales, construction materials and their applications.
    • Must be proficient inMS WORD, EXCEL, PPT, TALLY
    • Must be good in English, Writing and Speaking and local Languages
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
    • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

    Senior Sales Manager (Flexible Packaging)

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure that revenue and profit targets are achieved.
    • Generating business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, conducting market analysis.
    • Maximizing sales performance through delivering an exceptional customer experience and by taking customer feedback.
    • Implementation of territory growth strategies.
    • Sales forecast and review of available pipeline
    • Responsible for leading customer acceptance of new product designs
    • Identifying and developing sustainable relationships with key accounts at both strategic and tactical levels.
    • Managing entire sales process targeting to the top prospectus, identifying client solutions, negotiating, and closing.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

    • B2B sales experience from packaging industry focused on flexible laminate sales
    • Sales to multinationals and top corporates in Nigeria such as Nestle, Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, Nivea, Cadbury, PZ Cussons, Olam etc.
    • Well networked within procurement hierarchy of customers
    • Comes across as sales driven and communicates well in English
    • Can discuss various flexible and laminate specs and structures with customers.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
    • Experience setting sales goals
    • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.

    MIS Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Management Information Systems (MIS) Officer to join our team. The MIS Officer will be responsible for preparing invoices, waybills, payment confirmations, daily reports, customer payment tracking, customer ledger reconciliation, stock reports, and sales reports. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and send out invoices and waybills to customers
    • Confirm payments received from customers and update records accordingly
    • Generate daily reports on sales, payments, and stock levels
    • Track customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts
    • Reconcile customer ledgers to ensure accuracy of transactions
    • Prepare stock reports to monitor inventory levels and identify discrepancies
    • Compile sales reports to track performance and analyze trends

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
    • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or manufacturing industry
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
