    Account Officer - Junior

    Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦170,000 monthly

    About the Role

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting processes, be proficient in accounting software (Tally, Peachtree), and thrive in the fast-paced FMCG environment. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial records, effective cash management, and timely reporting for decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Record and process day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts).
    • Maintain accurate general ledger entries and documentation.
    • Prepare bank reconciliations and reconcile supplier/customer accounts.
    • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Support budget preparation, variance analysis, and expense monitoring.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
    • Provide timely financial reports and assist in audits.
    • Manage petty cash and daily cash flow reporting.
    • Utilize accounting software (Tally, Peachtree, or equivalent) for efficient financial management.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • B.Sc. in Accounting or Finance.
    • ICAN certification (part or fully qualified).
    • 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in FMCG.
    • Proficiency in Tally, Peachtree, or similar accounting software.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    Boiler/CNG Operator

    Salary: ₦100,000 per month

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Boiler/CNG Operator to join our technical team in Sagamu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining boiler and compressed natural gas (CNG) systems to ensure consistent and efficient plant operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate and monitor boiler and CNG systems to maintain optimal steam and gas supply.
    • Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintain accurate operation logs.
    • Regulate and control steam pressure, temperature, and fuel levels for efficient operation.
    • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, compressors, burners, and gas pipelines.
    • Detect and troubleshoot system faults to minimize downtime.
    • Ensure all operations comply with safety, environmental, and company standards.
    • Support the maintenance team in ensuring uninterrupted utility supply to production lines.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • OND or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience as a Boiler or CNG Operator in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
    • Strong understanding of pressure systems, thermodynamics, and gas handling safety procedures.
    • Ability to read gauges, interpret control panels, and maintain accurate records.
    • Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
    • Must reside in or be willing to relocate close to Sagamu for proximity to the factory.

    Mechanical Engineer - Maintenance

    Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 per month

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in the FMCG or manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring smooth factory operations, and supporting inventory management in collaboration with the store and procurement teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and repair mechanical parts, including gearboxes and conveying systems.
    • Collaborate with the store managers and procurement department to track and manage spare parts inventory.
    • Fabricate and maintain local parts where necessary to minimize downtime.
    • Read, interpret, and produce 2D engineering drawings.
    • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
    • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and procedures.
    • Support production teams in minimizing equipment downtime and maximizing efficiency.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • B.Eng or HND in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
    • Proficiency in 2D drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD).
    • Hands-on experience with gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, and rotating equipment.
    • Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
    • Must reside in or be willing to relocate close to Sagamu for proximity to the factory.
    • Must be available to resume before the end of October 2025.
