    Executive- OEM Specialty Products

    Job Description

    • Analyzes customer needs and requirements to recommend suitable HY groups OEM products and services, ensuring a perfect fit for their operational and technical demands. 
    • Supports in the creation of comprehensive technical and commercial proposals for potential customers, working closely with relevant teams  to refine and optimize proposal content, ensuring accurate and competitive offerings. 

    Job Specification

    • B.Sc. in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field. 
    • Minimum of 3years of experience in technical sales or product management within the oil and gas, industrial or energy industries, preferably with a focus on OEM products. 
    • Certification in Sales or Technical Sales is a plus. 
    • Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a technical sales environment.

    Team Lead OEM Specialty Products

    Job Purpose

    • The Team Lead for Well The Team Lead is responsible for driving the  sales and technical support of Hy-groups OEM products and services.
    • This role is critical in  promoting and securing purchase orders and contracts within the Well Construction &  Intervention sector. The Team Lead will manage a team of technical experts, ensure seamless

    • Articulates and coordinates the implementation of B2B, market development and client/customer engagement strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the continued expansion, commercial growth and profitability of the sale of OEM specialty products and post sales service solutions. 
    • Identifies, builds, and nurtures strategic relationships with existing and prospective B2B and corporate clients to ensure consistent, profitable growth in, and market acceptance of OEM specialty products and service solutions, with a focus on boosting demand, revenues and profits of each  offering. 
    • Analyses market trends and competitors’ activities to guide the formulation of appropriate market response and client engagement strategies that will enhance the competitive position and growth performance of Hy-Group’s OEM specialty products and service solutions 
    • Provides in-depth technical guidance and ensures the team is well-versed in the full range of OEM products, offering expert advice and solutions to clients based on their unique needs and requirements. 
    • Identifies, pursues, and nurtures new business opportunities in emerging markets and key sectors, expanding the company’s market presence and increasing overall sales performance.
    • Prepares, delivers, and tailors engaging and persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical briefings to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of Well Construction & Intervention products. 
    • Continuously monitors and analyzes market trends,  competitor activities, and customer feedback to proactively  identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies for growth and market positioning. 
    • Oversees, negotiates, and finalizes contracts with clients,  ensuring all terms and conditions are favorable, aligned with company objectives, and comply with industry standards and best practices. 
    • Coaches, mentors, and develops team members by providing ongoing training, feedback, and support, ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds individual and collective sales targets and performance metrics. 
    • Collaborates  closely  with  other  departments  such  as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of products, services, and customer solutions, fostering cross-functional teamwork. 
    • Compiles and presents regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management, helping to guide strategic decision- making and business planning. 
    • Ensures that all sales projects, interventions, and client engagements are executed on time, within budget, and in full accordance with customer expectations, delivering the highest level of satisfaction and quality. 
    • Manages the effective allocation and use of resources, both human and financial, ensuring the sales team operates efficiently and cost-effectively while meeting or exceeding established targets. 
    • Ensures full compliance with relevant health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe and ethical work environment for both the team and the company’s clients. 
    • Engages in continuous professional development to stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices, further strengthening the team's expertise and the company’s competitive edge. 

    Job Specification

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. 
    • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is a plus but not mandatory. 
    • Certification in Digital Marketing (Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) is preferred. 
    • Project Management certification (PMP, ScrumMaster) is a plus for overseeing cross-functional teams and marketing projects. 
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing

    Team Lead- SCM

    Job Purpose

    • Job PurposeTo provide overall operational leadership and guidance to the supply chain management services team. To ensure the purchase of right items from right sources at the right price and delivered in the right quality, right quantity and on time to clients.  

    Job Description

    • versee the provision of strategic sourcing, procurement, expediting, transportation, local handling, warehousing and associated logistics services to third party clients and on all Hyprops Nigeria Limited-owned projects. 
    • Proactively analyze the different elements of the Supply Chain for the delivery of individual orders or project materials and optimize service delivery costs at all levels. 
    • Lead the development of new opportunities for our existing OEM products and other products so as to ensure that revenue generating sources for the unit are sufficiently diversified. 
    • Establish contacts in the oil and gas industry that will enhance the performance of the unit. 
    • Establish useful contact with suppliers. 
    • Secure new OEM relationships. 
    • Source price quotations from suppliers/OEMs in response to RFQ /Enquires/ITT. 
    • Negotiate terms with suppliers in conjunction with relevant in-house personnel and technical partners or related companies. 
    • Liaise with HNL legal advisors and relevant in-house/units personnel to review procurement contract terms. 
    • Liaise with technical personnel for technical inputs on procurement related matters on a need basis. 
    • Business development activities so as to constantly review the performance of the unit. 
    • Ensure that the units maintains high OTD(On Time Delivery) performance with all clients. 
    • Liaise with the Finance team to process import duty/VAT and exemptions (If required). 
    • Coordination of importation documentation. 
    • Prepare invoice for submission and follow up on payments. 
    • Provide expediting reports on Purchase Orders to Client’s. 
    • Coordination of clearing and delivery of goods to clients/project premises. 
    • Prepare list of all goods and equipment to be procured for projects. 
    • Maintain and periodically update a register of procured items on any project, by type, quantity, and location. 
    • Maintain a register for the delivery of procured items/under the project by type, quantity, and location. 
    • Maintain a data base of all OEMs and suppliers for frequently procured items. 

    Job Specification

    • A university degree in Engineering or any related field from an internationally recognized tertiary institution. 
    • A minimum of 8 years cognate work experience in the oil and gas industry. 
    • A strong understanding of oil and gas service contracting. 
    • Familiarity with project management. 
    • Knowledge of Ariba network.
