    Entry-Level Student Counsellor

    Job Summary

    • The Entry-Level Student Counsellor provides guidance and support to prospective students seeking study opportunities abroad. The role involves counselling students on suitable courses, institutions, and application processes while delivering excellent customer service.

    Key Responsibilites

    • Counsel prospective students on study options, courses, and institutions abroad.
    • Provide accurate information on admission requirements and application procedures.
    • Assist students with application documentation and basic form completion.
    • Support senior counsellors with admissions and placement processes.
    • Respond to student enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
    • Participate in education fairs, open days, and promotional events.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and partner institution guidelines..

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in any discipline.
    • NYSC completed or in progress.
    • Little or no prior counselling experience required.
    • Interest in international education and student services.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM systems.
    • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

    Compliance Assistant

    Job Summary

    • The Compliance Assistant supports the organisation in maintaining compliance with UKVI regulations and internal compliance standards. The role focuses on accurate documentation, file review, and adherence to UKVI sponsorship, student visa, and immigration processes. 

    Key Responsibilites

    • Assist in ensuring compliance with UKVI regulations, policies, and sponsor guidance.
    • Assist in reviewing student visa and immigration application files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
    • Ensure supporting documents meet UKVI standards and requirements.
    • Maintain and update compliance trackers, records, and audit files.
    • Support internal compliance audits and readiness reviews.
    • Work closely with admissions, counselling, and operations teams to ensure UKVI compliance.
    • Flag compliance risks, errors, or breaches to the Compliance Officer promptly.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality of client and institutional information.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • NYSC completed.
    • 0–1 years experience in compliance, immigration support, education consultancy or related administrative role.
    • Basic understanding of UK student visa and UKVI compliance processes.
    • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism.
