    Direct Sales Agent (Micro-Finance Bank)

    Salary: 130,000

    Responsibilities

    • Source for new clients and expand client network in the retail marketplace (Merchants and consumers) daily.
    • Develop and maintain market dominance by ensuring acquisition, retention, and Month on Month growth in acquisition.
    • Drive corporate strategy in Markets, Partnership, Aggregators and Supply value chain.
    • Monitor performance of Merchants, consumer behavior and provide market intelligence to the team.
    • Proper Branding and training of Merchants and partners.
    • Comply with rules, regulations and legislation governing the financial services industry.
    • Consistently deliver monthly OKR.
    • Any other responsibility may be assigned by the Head of sales.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • A First Degree HND / BSC
    • 1 - 3 years relevant work experience in a financial organization/FMCG/Retail/Wholesale market.
    • Strong command of excel and PPT.
    • Strong persuasive & negotiation skills.
    • Must have a Smartphone.
    • Excellent analytical and time management skills.
    • Teamwork skills with effective problem-solving.

    Sales Manager (Commercial Poultry)

    Location:  Ogere, Ogun State

    JOB OVERVIEW;

    Under the general supervision of the General Manager, the Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising the sales operations, including the oversight and monitoring of the sales representatives, as well as other related administrative staff. His/her responsibilities typically include monitoring and overseeing the overall day to day business sales activities of the poultry and farm business.

    BREAKDOWN OF DUTIES;

    • Plan and coordinate the daily activities of the sales and marketing department.
    • Set targets, performance plans and objective standards for sales representatives.
    • Develop a scalable sales process and ensure representatives adhere to it correctly.
    • Review daily and weekly reports of sales representatives in order to spot trends and make efficient and effective decisions.
    • Meet with Sales Reps periodically to review performance, progress and targets achievement and collections.
    • Project and forecast annual budget and revenue based on production capacity.
    • Counsel, support, discipline, and advise underperforming sales representatives.
    • Develop sales and marketing strategies to acquire new customers for company.
    • Follow up on outstanding payment and orders from customers.
    • Plan and preside over monthly sales team meetings
    • Visit our distributors for feedback on the performance of our products.
    • Ensure proper analysis of the sales activity on a daily basis.
    • Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.
    • Manage and monitor payment of Key accounts, Distributors, Sales Representatives through the accountants.
    • Manage visibility and availability of our products in every supermarket across the country.
    • Ensure even distribution of our products especially during scarcity by liaising with production and distribution department.
    • Recommend the selling price of eggs as per the market trend with competitor activities.
    • Monitor the customers outstanding on a daily basis as per their approved credit terms.
    • Reporting the marketing activities in and out of regions.
    • Monitoring the activities of store merchandisers.
    • Monitor the administrative activities of the office staff
    • Continuous coordination with logistic unit to ensure all distribution vehicles are in good condition.
    • Daily liaising with prospective outlets (distributors, non-distributors, reps) on delivery of goods.
    • Receive orders from open crate distributors, confirm their payment and dispatch such order.
    • Daily engagement of distribution drivers and allocation of responsibility.
    • Service sales representatives’ orders and refer prospective customers to the same.
    • Field visits to all category of customers (Distributors, non-distributors, reps) especially when there are issues to resolve.
    • On-boarding of new customers and servicing of the same.
    • Back-end support for our Egg Collection Centers (ECC) in Abuja and Asaba.
    • Monitoring of customers payments through online platform and accountant.
    • Monitoring of activities (Administrator and invoicing clerk) and customer relations in Ogere sales outlet, and Chilled chicken.
    • Monitoring of Daily, weekly and monthly reports.
    • Proper tracking and disbursement of imprest for commercial activities.
    • Monitoring of Ogere outlet and prepack’s customer card.
    • Monitoring of order fill rate.
    • General supervision of sales/invoicing clerk.
    • Supervision of finished product store clerk.
    • Attend to customer complaints and channel to appropriate quarters 
    • Allocation and sales of old layers to distributors, narration of payments and attend to all issues.
    • Obtain market intelligence on all products for managements’ use.
