    Debt Recovery Officer (Entry-Level)

    Salary/Transportation & Feeding Allowance: ₦100,000 + commission on meeting recovery target

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Debt Recovery Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recovering overdue loans by engaging customers professionally, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining accurate recovery records. This role is best suited for individuals who are proactive and teachable.

    Responsibilities:

    • Recover overdue loans by contacting customers.
    • Follow up on payment commitments and maintain accurate records.
    • Advise on payment options and negotiate plans.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum qualification of OND/HND/B.Sc.
    • 0–1 year of customer support experience (is an added advantage).
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
    • Good command of English.
    • Proactive, teachable, and detail-oriented.
    • Close proximity to Maryland is a must.

    Customer Service Representative (Outbound)

    About the Role

    We are seeking proactive and articulate individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives doing Outbound Survey calls. The successful candidates will be responsible for placing outbound calls to customers to conduct surveys, collect feedback, and record accurate responses.
    This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage professionally with a diverse audience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to customers to conduct surveys as assigned.
    • Accurately record and report responses in the designated system.
    • Adhere to daily calling targets and project timelines.
    • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality on all calls.
    • Escalate any challenges or feedback from respondents as required.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. qualification.
    • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or telemarketing role is an added advantage.
    • Preferably fluent in Hausa and/or Yoruba language
    • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
    • Must be available for immediate resumption.
    • Proximity to Maryland is a plus
    • Opportunity to gain hands-on experience on a high-impact project.
