RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Obtains and prepares patient specimens.
• Performs diagnostic laboratory tests and procedures on body fluids and other specimens using both manual and automated methods of analysis.
• Operates laboratory equipment and produce reports in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree
• Registered with Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN)
• Current Practicing License

REQUIREMENTS:

• Computer literate.
• Have a passion for patient-centered care.

• Current Practicing License

They person will provide the first impression and interface of our Centre both over the phone and in person to our patients and visitors.
Responsibilities:

• Registers patients and schedules appointments.
• Answers all incoming phone calls and inquiries from patients, visitors, and others related to all aspects of Mercy Memorial Health services.
• Processes billing and payments for services.
• Establishes and maintains patient records with complete patient information.
• Addresses patients grievances and/or complaints.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferable
• Experience in a customer service role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology
