Laundry Quality Control & Packaging Officer at Veritaspeak Consultancy

Requirements

1. Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in laundry quality control, garment care, laundry operations, or a related role.
2. Practical experience in inspecting, quality-checking, folding, and packaging clothes.
3. Good knowledge of laundry and dry-cleaning processes, garment care, ironing, pressing, and finishing.
4. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify stains, damages, missing items, poor finishing, and other quality issues.
5. Good organizational, communication, teamwork, and record-keeping skills.
6. Must be responsible, thorough, committed to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1.  Inspect completed laundry and dry-cleaning orders to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards.
2. Check garments for remaining stains, odours, damages, colour issues, poor ironing, pressing, or finishing.
3. Ensure garments are correctly matched with customer orders and that no items are missing.
4.  Properly fold, arrange, tag, and package garments according to company standards.
5. Recheck and return garments that do not meet the required quality standard for correction before release.
6. Record and report quality issues and recurring errors while working with laundry staff and management to maintain consistent quality across all branches.

Monday – Saturday

Applicants must reside in Gudu, Gaduwa, Apo, or a nearby location 

Branch Flexibility

The successful candidate may be posted to branch based on operational requirements and work schedules.
