Administrative Assistant / Content Creator at Rexxbrands

Rexxbrands Agency Ltd provides branding and printing services, helping businesses and individuals with quality and creative solutions. We are looking for a creative, organized, and friendly person to join our team in Lagos as an Administrative Assistant / Content Creator.

The person we are looking for will help with our daily office activities, attend to customers, and also create content for our social media platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle daily office and administrative tasks.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer enquiries.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and keep customer records.
• Follow up with customers and potential clients.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with customers and technicians.
• Create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp.
• Take pictures and videos of our products and installations.
• Create and edit short videos and Reels using Canva, CapCut, or similar apps.
• Write simple and engaging captions and promotional messages.
• Respond to social media enquiries and help turn enquiries into sales.
• Come up with creative ideas to promote the brand and attract more customers.
• Keep proper records of customers and sales.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of OND/NCE, HND, or Bachelor's degree.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp is an advantage.
• Comfortable creating content with a smartphone.
• Interest in social media and digital marketing.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Professional, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Experience in administration, customer service, sales, content creation, digital marketing, or the branding industry is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially those with good communication and content-creation skills.

Practical Test

Shortlisted applicants may be asked to complete a simple practical task, such as:

• Responding to a sample customer enquiry.
