    Key Account Supervisor (Modern Trade)

    Responsibilities

    • To deploy the Sales Business Plans and in-store fundamentals in the modern trade accounts in order to develop the customer’s business and achieve the company’s sales objectives.
    • Builds & maintains strong customer relationships by conducting daily field visits to facilitate collaboration and the achievement of desired business result and joint work.
    • Researches customer strategies, identifies their shoppers’ needs and spots business opportunities continuously in order to devise the right plans for the customer.
    • Ensures sufficient outlet coverage based on business needs and in line with assigned journey plan in order to achieve and maintain the desired in-store fundamental results.
    • Communicates internally any event taken by customer/competitors which can have an impact on the business in order to take required action.
    • Secures that receivable collection is within the agreed payment terms in order to sustain company’s cash flow levels.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or any other field.
    • 3-4 years of sales experience preferably in the FMCG distribution sector.
    • Must have handled key accounts like Shoprite, Game, Spar, Justrite etc
    • Proficient in the use of Micro Soft Excel
    • Good reporting and presentation skill

    Outbound Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for confirming, processing customer’s order, outbound shipment and timely delivery.
    • Effectively handles returns, diversions and short deliveries of products.
    • Plans and schedules delivery / loading program as well as spot hire trucks, manage haulage fleet, inspect and calibrate third party fleet.
    • Responsible for sourcing for vendors, documentation, forecasting, making requisition, acceptance and evaluating good & services
    • Manage daily operations of Logistics with a concentration on domestic outbound.
    • Manage logistics and carrier performance coordinators.
    • Maintain working relationships with outbound domestic carriers.

    • To control and check that all orders are accurately loaded and received.
    • Checks the quantity of goods loaded and ordered are accurate.
    • Checks the products received are in good condition and accurate in order not to have any trade returns due to damages or delivery mistakes

    Job Description

    • To support in all Human Resources administrative tasks in order to achieve the department objectives.

    Job Description

    • Lead the planning and execution of the digital marketing strategies to promote our organization.
    • Plan, organize and manage all e-mail campaigns, events, social media pages and relevant creative content per the marketing calendar to drive traffic and increase conversions on the website.
    • Manage online customer acquisition and retention programs including SEO, email, affiliate, and graphics and social marketing.
