    ICT Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • To oversee the maintenance and development of the technical platform of the company's ICT infrastructure.
    • Develop, maintain and update company's website
    • Handle all ICT project implementation
    • Manage stakeholders' data protection in compliance with NDPR Act
    • Handle all ICT related risks including storage and disaster
    • recovery
    • Prepare strategic and operational plans for the ICT department Install and configure software and operating system to an agreed standard.
    • Manage the implementation of ICT security strategy and recovery plan.

    Qualification and Experience

    • First Degree in Computer Sciences or related field Master's Degree in ICT or related fields
    • ICT certifications is essential
    • Knowledge of Databases, Oracle, statistical/ epidemiological tools such as SPSS, Epiinfo etc
    • Minimum of 10 years post NYSC experience
    • Minimum of 4 years prior HMO experience.

    Call Centre Care Co-ordinator (HMO Nurse)

    Job Description

    • Attend to calls, SMS messages, WhatsApp and email messages from enrollees, providers and other stakeholders
    • Collate and document enrollee's information in relevant format.
    • Issue care authorization codes to providers and enrollees.
    • Resolve customer complaints directed to the Centre.
    • Vet claims according to agreed tariff and regulatory and company guidelines.
    • Negotiate cost of care to enrollees.
    • Provide customer with product and services information

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Must be a Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife, or possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing
