Detailed Description

• Must understand deliverables and methodology, as agreed with clients.
• Performing Drive Test & Optimization, as well as RF frequency scanning, analysis and reporting for 2G/3G/4G Networks.
• Must possess working knowledge of correct setup and operations of work tools.
• Analysis for network quality and performance related issues.
• Monitor system performance via statistics and drive tests.
• Post Processing of Log Files, using standard industry tools.
• Optimize RF performance by tuning physical and network parameters and related statistics
• Handling all RF related customer complaints, as assigned by customer or Team Lead.
• Conduct acceptance test procedure and output reports according to agreed customer specifications.
• Network Quality assurance regularly monitor data inconsistencies/discrepancies.
• Performs Technical Investigations into topics related to radio network design and performance, such as: new type of hardware and new radio planning and optimization tools.
• Work hand in hand with Other RF Optimization Engineers on technical and field support problems arising from sites.
• Used MapInfo to analyze drive tests log files, create thematic maps and other reports.

• HND qualification.

Job Description

• Assign, manage and control Field Engineers to collect field data for analyses, design and customer reports.
• Responsible for agreeing data collection scope, including scenarios, output requirements and formats with clients.
• Responsible for template design / validation of customer templates.
• Responsible for sharing agreed scope, templates and other deliverables with team members, to ensure that quality requirements for all field operations and customer acceptance criteria are well understood.
• Execute detailed analyses of field data to prepare reports and recommendations, satisfying agreed project scope.
• Work cross-functionally with the Field teams, the Back office teams and client teams.
• Provide first line support and troubleshooting to Field Teams.
• Must maintain progressive, up-to-date knowledge of latest relevant features, tools and technologies and be able to communicate same to field teams.
• Support Team Lead in developing policies, procedures and standards for consistent performance across the network.
• Provide relevant inputs to Team Lead and Project Manager for efficient planning and execution of projects.
• Attend customer meetings and make presentations as applicable.

Job Description

• Deploy to site and start work as per instruction from team lead
• Responsible for erecting towers, installing and aligning antennas, installing transmission lines, hangers, tower groundings and installing communication equipment at height.
• Physically carry out assigned task at the project site which include but not limited to climbing, work at height, hoisting, pulling, manual lifting, coupling etc.
• Must be able to conduct and document Technical Site Surveys.
• Adhere strictly to appropriate and approved quality and EHS processes depending on project requirement.
• Use smart tools to achieve project deliverables as delegated to you by Team Lead
• Feedback task completion status to the Team Lead for on-site verification against approved standard.
• Report any issues or discrepancies at the site to the Team Lead in real time that will permit application of appropriate solution to issues raised.
• Work with Team Lead to ensure that all project and EHS related issues, incidents and accidents that occur at the project site are documented using the approved template.

• SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
• 4 - 10 years Experience.
