    Responsibilities

    • The Azure Platform Technical Support (APTS) team provides world-class technical support to Microsoft commercial and enterprise clients, focusing on the Azure cloud infrastructure. 
    • This is an experienced technical team who supports multiple products within the Microsoft portfolio, including networking, virtualization, app development, authentication, backup, and recovery. 
    • You’ll work as part of a highly collaborative team to solve intermediate and complex technical problems for medium and large companies.

    This role will:

    • Serve as the primary point of escalation in cases with severe business impact (i.e., revenue or financial) for large or demanding customer accounts.
    • Solve technical problems for multiple topics and processes, developing new methodologies for resolution as needed.
    • Deliver an excellent customer experience through timely and accurate case resolutions.
    • Identify challenges and knowledge gaps on the team, collaborating with stakeholders and colleagues to address issues.
    • Work with client representatives to understand, document, and implement tools and processes for the team.
    • Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical escalations to resolve customer issues quickly.
    • Develop and deliver training material to ensure continuous improvement of the team’s technical knowledge and customer satisfaction among internal and external stakeholders.
    • Participate in the hiring process by verifying candidate technical knowledge and experience.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft products, technologies, operating systems, and the Microsoft Office suite is required.

    • Work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
    • Produce e-learning courses according to deadlines and address changes and feedback to course deliverables in a timely manner.
    • Work collaboratively with graphic design and video producers to create an impactful learning experience.
    • Develop learning deliverables in various engaging formats (e.g., courses, games, videos, quizzes, etc.).

    Qualifications
    In this role:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 2 years of digital learning development experience or technical writing is required.
    • Professional fluency in English is required, both written and oral.
    • Experience with learning ecosystem technologies such as e-learning authoring tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Elucidat, etc.), screencasts (Screenflow or Camtasia), video editing, AR/VR software, and working on large-scale learning programs in a global team.
    • Knowledge of different e-learning formats and ability to recommend the best approach based on each situation (.MP4, SCORM, or xAPI) as well as LMS management experience working with open source (e.g., Moodle).
    • The ability to develop learning courses that are creative, engaging, and effective.
    • Experience with UX, visual/graphic design, video production, web content development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python), gamification, adult learning, and modern instructional design is an advantage.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure site business and budget spending controls across all internal business functions are observed and work to improve their efficiency and impact
    • Conduct regular validation procedures for staff and vendor expenses to ensure that all spending observes the established control framework and is reported to stakeholders accurately and in totality
