    Process Engineer

    JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

    • Responsible for reviewing and optimizing process and utility systems on the FPSO, including separators, heat exchangers, pumps, and compressors. Ensures process safety, efficiency, and alignment with project design intent.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform process simulations, heat & material balances, and flow assurance studies.
    • Develop PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, control philosophies, and cause & effect charts.
    • Support debottlenecking studies and Brownfield modifications.
    • Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, and other safety reviews.
    • Ensure compliance with API, ASME, ISO, and client standards.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • B.Sc./B.Eng. in Chemical/Process Engineering.
    • 5–10+ years FPSO or offshore process experience.
    • Proficiency in HYSYS, PIPESIM, and similar tools.

    Instrument & Control Engineer

    JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

    • Responsible for control and instrumentation systems on the FPSO, ensuring reliable measurement, automation, metering and process control performance.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare and review instrument datasheets, I/O lists, and control philosophies.
    • Ensure system integrity for ICSS, ESD, and F&G systems.
    • Participate in FAT/SAT and loop checks.
    • Interface with process and electrical teams for system integration.
    • Participating in Pre-comm and Commissioning activities

    Requirements & Certification:

    • B.Sc./B.Eng. in Electrical/Electronic or Control Engineering.
    • Minimum 10 years’ FPSO experience.
    • Familiarity with DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems.
    • Experienced with Emerson Delta V System.

    Electrical Engineer

    JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

    • Responsible for design, operation, and maintenance of FPSO electrical systems and power distribution networks.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Review single line diagrams, load lists, and cable schedules.
    • Ensure compliance with IEC/ATEX/ABS standards.
    • Evaluate power supply to WHPs and topside systems.
    • Support commissioning and troubleshooting activities.

    Requirements & Certification:

    • B.Sc./B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering.
    • 10+ years’ offshore electrical systems experience.
    • Knowledge of ETAP, EDSA, or similar software.

    Technical Safety Engineer

    JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

    • Ensures that safety and risk management principles are applied throughout all project stages and that the FPSO design complies with industry safety standards.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conduct HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, and QRA studies.
    • Develop Safety Case and Fire & Gas philosophy.
    • Review and Prepare F&G related documentation.
    • Review layouts for safety spacing and escape routes.
    • Interface with regulatory bodies for compliance.

    Requirements & Certification:

    • B.Sc./B.Eng. in Chemical, Mechanical, or Safety Engineering.
    • Minimum 10 years’ experience in process safety.
    • NEBOSH certified.

    Piping Engineer

    JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

    • Responsible for piping system design, layout, material selection, and stress analysis for the FPSO topsides and modules.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and review piping GA drawings and isometrics.
    • Perform flexibility and stress analysis using CAESAR II.
    • Prepare 3D Model design
    • Ensure compliance with ASME and API codes.
    • Support field routing, installation, and tie-in reviews.

    Requirements & Certification:

    • B.Sc./B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering.
    • 10+ years’ piping design experience on FPSOs.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD Plant 3D / PDMS / CAESAR II.

    Pipeline Engineer

    JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

    • Responsible for the design and integrity of subsea pipelines and flowlines from WHPs to the FPSO.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform hydraulic, stress, and span analysis.
    • Prepare pipeline route drawings and crossing details.
    • Evaluate riser systems and tie-in points.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant standards.

    Requirements & Certification:

    • B.Sc./B.Eng. in Mechanical, Civil, or Offshore Engineering.
    • 10+ years’ pipeline design and offshore project experience.
    • Familiar with OrcaFlex, PipeSim, or similar software.

    Corrosion Engineer

    JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

    • Responsible for managing corrosion control, material selection, and cathodic protection systems on the FPSO.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop corrosion monitoring programs and inspection plans.
    • Review material selection and coating specifications.
    • Assess corrosion risks and recommend mitigation.
    • Interface with operations on chemical dosing (MEG/CI).

    Requirements & Certification:

    • B.Sc./B.Eng. in Metallurgical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
    • 10+ years’ offshore corrosion management experience.
    • NACE/AMPP or equivalent certification preferred.

    Project Engineer

    JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

    • Responsible for coordination of engineering activities, progress tracking, and interfacing between client, vendors, and contractors.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate multi-discipline design and engineering deliverables.
    • Track schedules, progress, and cost performance.
    • Review and approve project documents and reports.
    • Support risk management and change control processes.

    Requirements & Certification:

    • B.Sc./B.Eng. in Engineering discipline.
    • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
    • 10+ years’ experience on FPSO or oil & gas projects.

    Document Controller

    JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

    • Manages all project documentation and ensures proper document flow between disciplines, contractors, and the client.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintain document control registers and ensure version control.
    • Manage transmittals, correspondence, and metadata.
    • Interface with engineering teams and archive deliverables.
    • Ensure compliance with document control procedures.

    Requirements & Certification:

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in related field.
    • 8–10 years’ experience in document control on FPSO or offshore projects.
    • Proficient in EDMS or Document control software.

    Planning Engineer

    JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

    • Responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, resource allocation, andnprogress reporting.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop baseline schedules and update progress reports.
    • Perform critical path and variance analysis.
    • Interface with engineering leads for activity planning.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly progress dashboards.

    Requirements & Certification:

    • B.Sc./B.Eng. in Engineering or Project Management.
    • 10+ years’ planning experience in FPSO projects.
    • Proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
    • PMP certification is an advantage.
