Job Summary:

The role of Business Analyst is an important part of any project team. Acting as the key interface between the users and the project manager they gather information, document processes, and confirm the final documents with users.

We need a Business Analyst to join our project team. His/her main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role he/she should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

Job Description:

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

Job Summary:

Back-end Developers create, code, and improve the server, server-side applications, and databases that, when combined with front-end codes, help create a functional, seamless experience for the end-user. They study industry trends, create or improve back-end processes and codes, and work with others to design a better program.

We seek an analytical, results-driven back-end developer who will work with team members to troubleshoot and improve current back-end applications and processes. The back-end developer will use his or her understanding of programming languages and tools to analyze current codes and industry developments, formulate more efficient processes, solve problems, and create a more seamless experience for users. He/she should have excellent communication, computer, and project management skills.

He/she should be focused on building a better, more efficient program and creating a better end-user experience, should be knowledgeable, collaborative, and self-motivated.

Job Description:

Front end Developers are responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages, among other duties.

Front End Developers are required to work in teams alongside Back end Developers, Graphic Designers and User Experience Designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
