    Business Development Officer

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Officer to help grow and promote our service-based projects. This role is responsible for expanding awareness, building strategic partnerships, and directly sourcing clients and participants for our projects

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients for our projects.
    • Promote the foundation’s services to schools, hospitals, therapy centers, parent groups, and community organizations.
    • Identify and engage potential referral partners (e.g. doctors, educators, NGOs, disability advocates).
    • Organize presentations, outreach events, and info sessions to increase visibility.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of both programs’ offerings to effectively communicate value to prospective clients.
    • Collaborate with communications and program teams to create promotional materials, content, and outreach campaigns.
    • Track client acquisition metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
    • Provide regular reports on outreach activities, client leads, and market feedback.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Work, or related field.
    • At least 2 years’ experience in business development, community engagement, client relations, or program outreach.
    • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
    • Passion for working with children with special needs and their families.
    • Knowledge of the local health, education, and social services landscape is a plus.

    Executive Personal Assistant to the MD

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating activities, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

    Company Driver

    We are looking for a reliable and responsible Driver to support the daily transportation needs of our organization. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Safely transport staff, caregivers, children, and equipment to designated locations.
    • Ensure all vehicle documents (insurance, registration, servicing) are up to date.
    • Maintain cleanliness and routine checks of the vehicle to ensure it is always in good condition.
    • Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
    • Follow assigned schedules and respond flexibly to any route changes or emergencies.

    • Support general logistics for field activities, trainings, and outreach events

    Requirements:

    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition programs.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
    • Relevant Certifications
    • Minimum 2 years experience working with children, preferably those with special needs.
    • Strong understanding of medical nutrition therapy and dietary planning for developmental disorders.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
