    Content Creator / Social Media Officer

    Job Overview

    • The Content Creator and Social Media Officer is responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content across digital platforms and managing social media channels. This includes writing, graphic design, and video editing to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
    • The role also involves analyzing performance metrics to refine content strategies and improve overall engagement.
    • The ideal candidate is a creative professional with a strong command of content development, social media management, and video editing.

    Key Responsibilities
    Content Creation:

    • Develop, write, and edit engaging content for blogs, websites, social media, and email campaigns.
    • Produce and edit multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and infographics, to support marketing efforts.
    • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to create content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
    • Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to create relevant, engaging content.
    • Optimize content for SEO to enhance search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
    • Maintain a content calendar for consistent and timely publication across digital platforms

    Video Editing:

    • Plan, shoot, and edit videos for various digital platforms, including social media, YouTube, and the company website.
    • Create dynamic video content, including product demos, tutorials, promotional videos, and customer testimonials.
    • Work with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools to produce professional-quality videos.
    • Ensure videos are optimized for each platform (aspect ratios, subtitles, duration) and reflect current video marketing trends.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to integrate motion graphics, sound, and special effects into video content.

    Social Media Management:

    • Plan, schedule, and manage social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
    • Develop social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media platforms.
    • Track social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, impressions) and adjust strategies based on insights.
    • Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer marketing to expand social reach.
    • Stay updated on emerging social media trends and best practices.

    Key Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field with 1-3 years experience.
    • Proven experience in content creation, video editing, and social media management.
    • Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
    • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
    • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
    • Ability to create compelling visual content using graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
    • Knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and keyword research

    Preferred Skills:

    • Basic motion graphics skills and experience with tools like Adobe After Effects.
    • Photography and graphic design experience.
    • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.

    Youtuber

    Job Summary

    • As a Youtuber, you are respomsible to create original content, produce, edit and publish viedeos on out Youtube platform., Contents should be diverse, including but not limited to our services, education, reviews, etc.
    • Your role extends beyond content creation to include audience management and channel management.
    • The ideal candidate is familiar with the YouTube environment, trends, and has a knack for storytelling through video content.
    • They should also be comfortable on camera and have basic video editing skills.
    • Ultimately, the role of the YouTuber is to build an active online community, foster engagement, and increase the visibility of our brand through high-quality, innovative and informative content.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Creating, producing, and editing original video content for the Employer’s YouTube channel(s).
    • Managing the YouTube channel(s), including uploading videos, writing titles, descriptions, and tags.
    • Engaging with viewers by responding to comments and participating in discussions.
    • Collaborating with the Employer and other team members to plan and execute content strategies.
    • Optimizing content for SEO and YouTube algorithms to maximize reach, views, and engagement.
    • Monitor video analytics and adjust strategies based on performance data.
    • Maintaining a consistent video upload schedule as agreed upon with the Employer.
    • Interact with viewers by responding to comments and messages, fostering a community around the channel
    • Adhere to YouTube’s community guidelines and copyright laws
    • Develop strategies for audience growth and retention.
