Job Responsibilities
First point of contact with the customer to support their query.
Compile and analyze customer requirements to give the best advice and resolve their query.
Take, own and close the customer support requests as assigned, seeking support where required.
Fully document every query, including all resolution steps to ensure documentation best practices.
Research customer feedback to suggest better ways to satisfy the customer
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience
Customer service experience- A thorough knowledge of how to delight customers through strong researching, problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Subscription and billing experience is a real advantage
Strong relationship management- A collaborative nature and act as a technical advisor to customers wishing to upgrade
Clear communicator- Clear, concise and persuasive communication style adapted for multiple audiences, plus proactive listening skills
Adaptability - Able to work independently and part of a team bringing in experts when needed and portray good manners
Microsoft Office skills- knowledge of Excel helpful
Basic knowledge of sales CRMs

Job Responsibilities
Participating in the corporate finance team preparation and processing of payments.
Cashbook Update and Management. Preparation and posting of Journal entries.
Cash flow and Preparation of other financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.
Postings, update and reconciliation of accounts using applicable tools.
Preparation and review of the monthly business performance report and rolling 12-month forecasts
Reconciliation of customers account, reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information not limited to bank statements.
Tax management: calculations, bookings, reconciling and payments. Preparation and processing of staff payroll, Taxes and other benefits
Fixed assets management; from requisition to acquisition down to bookings.
Ensure Compliance to statutory Accounting standards and other regulations.
Requirements
Chartered Accountant with cognate accounting experience.
A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience.
A good knowledge of tax matters is an added advantage.
