\A reputable international secondary school in Eastern Nigeria seeks an experienced and passionate Head of Boarding to lead its boarding community.

Role Summary:

Responsible for the overall welfare, safety, and development of boarding students, while ensuring a structured, nurturing, and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee student welfare, pastoral care, and discipline
• Manage boarding operations, routines, and activities
• Ensure health, safety, and safeguarding compliance
• Supervise boarding staff and facilities
• Liaise with parents and support student development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7–10 years’ relevant experience, including boarding school experience
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong leadership, organisational, and pastoral care skills
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
