Job Summary

• As the Account Officer, you will manage financial records, support billing and invoicing processes, and ensure accurate reporting while maintaining compliance with financial procedures within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records including invoices, payments, and daily transactions
• Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments from clients and partners
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and financial reports for management review
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• 2 - 4 years experience in accounting or finance roles
• Professional certification such as ICAN (in view) or ATS is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills.

• As the Senior Finance Manager, you will lead financial operations, treasury management, and reporting while ensuring strong financial control, compliance, and data-driven decision-making to support business growth and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations including accounting, reporting, and month-end/year-end closures while maintaining strong internal controls
• Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and payment processes
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, providing insights on performance and cost optimization
• Prepare financial statements and management reports, delivering analysis to support strategic decisions
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulators while ensuring compliance with statutory and tax requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 5–7 years progressive experience in finance, accounting, and treasury management
• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or ACA is highly preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, Zoho, or ERP tools)
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
