As the Account Officer, you will manage financial records, support billing and invoicing processes, and ensure accurate reporting while maintaining compliance with financial procedures within the organization.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records including invoices, payments, and daily transactions
Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments from clients and partners
Prepare invoices, receipts, and financial reports for management review
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records
Support audits and ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
2 - 4 years experience in accounting or finance roles
Professional certification such as ICAN (in view) or ATS is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills.
