Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, POS machines, and other IT equipment.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes are in place.
Support the implementation of new technologies and upgrades.
Manage and update IT documentation, user guides, and system records.
Provide user training and support to staff across departments.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2 years of experience in systems administration
Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is an added advantage.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
