Job Description

• We are recruiting for a new Facility Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced, well-connected with a strong network of suppliers and artisans, and able to manage relationships in a professional and honest manner. This role requires someone proactive, organized, and resourceful, who will ensure our quick-service restaurant runs smoothly, remains safe, clean, and fully operational, and contributes to an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and smooth functioning of the restaurant and its surroundings.
• Oversee building maintenance, including equipment servicing, repairs, and overall facility management.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Leverage supplier/artisan networks to secure reliable and cost-effective services.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts (e.g., cleaning, pest control, maintenance).
• Monitor and manage facility-related budgets and expenses.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to drive operational efficiency.
• Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and issues.
• Implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Facility Manager, ideally within the restaurant, hospitality, or retail sector.
• Strong connections with trusted suppliers, contractors, and artisans.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and honesty in dealings.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance requirements, and facility maintenance procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
