We are recruiting for a new Facility Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced, well-connected with a strong network of suppliers and artisans, and able to manage relationships in a professional and honest manner. This role requires someone proactive, organized, and resourceful, who will ensure our quick-service restaurant runs smoothly, remains safe, clean, and fully operational, and contributes to an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and smooth functioning of the restaurant and its surroundings.
Oversee building maintenance, including equipment servicing, repairs, and overall facility management.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Leverage supplier/artisan networks to secure reliable and cost-effective services.
Manage vendor relationships and service contracts (e.g., cleaning, pest control, maintenance).
Monitor and manage facility-related budgets and expenses.
Collaborate with restaurant management to drive operational efficiency.
Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and issues.
Implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Facility Manager, ideally within the restaurant, hospitality, or retail sector.
Strong connections with trusted suppliers, contractors, and artisans.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and honesty in dealings.
Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance requirements, and facility maintenance procedures.
