• The Direct Sales Agent (Embedded Finance) will be responsible for driving the adoption of SeamlessHR’s embedded finance solutions by directly engaging with businesses across Africa. Job Details

Sales Execution:

• Identify and prospect potential clients for SeamlessHR’s embedded finance solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
• Close deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

Market Research:

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the embedded finance space.
• Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve offerings and strategies.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the Sales Manager.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to leverage campaigns and generate leads.
• Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in direct sales, preferably in financial services, SaaS, or technology solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience working in or with African markets is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

• Proven track record of designing and delivering successful B2B SaaS products, preferably in the Bachelor'sHR Tech space.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Maze, UserTesting, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design work, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in building and scaling design teams, implementing and scaling design systems, and driving design-led innovation.
