Lead Product Manager at Dash Microfinance Bank

​​​​​​​Key Responsibility Areas:

• Define product strategy, vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end product development and launches across cross-functional teams.
• Identify market opportunities through customer insights, research and competitive analysis.
• Monitor product adoption, revenue, customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Use data and analytics to drive product irnprovements and custorner engagement.
• Partner with Compliance, IT and Operations to manage regulatory, operational and technology risks.
• Develop product business cases, budgets, forecasts and performance reports for management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or a related field
• Minimum 5 years post-nysc experience in product management, preferably in fintech, banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of product management, digital banking, ux, market research and financial products.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Master's degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
