    Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role based in Abuja for a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist. The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will be responsible for monitoring systems, providing technical assistance, conducting M&E (Monitoring & Evaluation) tasks, analyzing data, and utilizing statistical methods. The individual will work closely with the team to ensure effective tracking of project progress and impact.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in System Monitoring and providing Technical Assistance
    • Proficiency in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) tasks
    • Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Statistics
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, International Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, fundraising, or strategic partnerships, preferably in the nonprofit or development sector.
    • Proven track record of securing grants, managing donor relations, and driving revenue growth.
