• Produce engaging educational content (videos, threads, blogs) to explain the utility of Virtual Cards and Virtual Accounts.
• Create compelling storytelling around the Upwardli partnership to show users how Afriex helps build their credit scores.
• Write high-converting copy for social ads and landing pages to fix the "conversion gap".
• Design specific reactivation content to bring "power users" back to the platform.
• Monitor social sentiment and engage with community members to improve retention and address decline in Returning Users.
