• First point of contact and day-to-day technical support to end-users;
• Responds to IT requests via multiple sources such as phone and e-mail;
• Enters call data into the tracking system.
• Interacts with clients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Familiarization with any of the following is beneficial: VLANs, VOIP, RSTP, Ethernet, Wireless, Switching, and Routing concepts.
• Provides user access service.
• Printer and scanner support
• Application software support.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Computer science or any related field
• 2 - 3 years experience as an IT Support Personnel.

Salary
N95,000 Net Monthly.
