IT Support Personnel (Rivers)

Responsibilities
- First point of contact and day-to-day technical support to end-users;
- Responds to IT requests via multiple sources such as phone and e-mail;
- Enters call data into the tracking system.
- Interacts with clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Familiarization with any of the following is beneficial: VLANs, VOIP, RSTP, Ethernet, Wireless, Switching, and Routing concepts.
- Provides user access service.
- Printer and scanner support
- Application software support.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Computer science or any related field
- 2 - 3 years experience as an IT Support Personnel.
Salary
N95,000 Net Monthly.
